Are these better for weeding than the other types? The one I am looking at doesn't have a swivel head #1675193923. There are so many types out there that makes choosing a good type hard. I have limited hand use so need to choose carefully.

The one you've looked at is a hand tool but if your garden is large enough perhaps consider a 'stirrup' hoe. Not sure if a hand tool version exists but the very sharp blade on these makes weeding very easy. Good photo here: https://www.quickcrop.co.uk/product/oscillating-stirrup-hoe

That looks like a hand tool as well? I can't find anything like that in NZ online. Any ideas who might sell them?

We have one that was in our household effects from Canada. Perhaps Ebay? Buy 'head' only then easy enough to have a handle fitted once you get it.
Did you watch the You tube link? Not at hand tool, unless for a giant. Long handle. You might be able to get a price from the UK supplier just for the head and then buy and attach a handle once it arrives in NZ.

I just did a search on Bunnings website and they stock them. Might also try Placemakers and Mitre 10.
I brought mine with me from the U.S. because it is so easy to use - I have a permanent shoulder injury.

There's a lot advertising in the paper but none specified they were Dutch. All sorts of services from $40 and up. ( Up ? Maybe I should say $40 or more ? ) And I don't think you get to keep the hoe, just short term hire probably ?

Don't have Bunnings near me, but have a MItre10 and no, they only have the basic hoes. I think I will get mine from gardentools.nz

Well, maybe it's just that I can't afford to be choosey.
