Nope, you likely need CITES paperwork to import it. But you can buy Fijian grown Mahogany from various wholesalers in NZ as it's an exotic forestry tree if you grow it there, and not protected.
As for the value, no idea, but it will be worth decent $$ to the right person. Market for it is small here in NZ though.

You should be able to get $20 to $25 per metre for it if it is in prime condition. Finding someone who wants it may be quite hard, but you never know until you try.
