Ergorapido (Electrolux) rechargeable vac

The batteries in our "stick vac" no longer hold a charge.
Does anyone know where I can get new rechargeable batteries fitted for that device? There are 10 batteries all up in the vac.

Further to my Post. I have now discovered that the batteries that power the machine are not designed to be replaced. And, it is a fact that for any make of battery powered vacuum there are always issues with the batteries. That is so even in the very latest most expensive models (the V8 Dyson eg).
So, I give up on my request as set out above.

When we bought our ergorapido I looked up the reviews online and there seemed to be a problem that this could happen sometimes - a couple of people said they took them back to the shop and they were exchanged no problem at all, so maybe worth taking it back

Can’t speak for all vacuums, but certainly you can replace the battery on the new Dyson V8. Dyson themselves sell replacement and they have a YouTube video showing how to change it. There are three (3) screws.

I'd call Electrolux and I'm sure they will assist. Always worth trying to call them.

Apparently they can be done but would cost more then the std s/h cost of a good working unit.
Found the Q&A from a listing of mine.
Ryan from RePower Batteries, can repack the batteries for $76 each

And yet didn't I see somewhere Electrolux are giving up making corded vacs? Seems a tad previous in this age of sustainability.

- I think if you read it right or watch the TV adverts its Dyson. Batteries perform best if not used. If you have deep carpet or use often the battery cells die. Think of your phone. they more you use the more you change it or better still use while its connected to a wall charging.

Yep the batteries are available but like all brands will need a qualified person too install and certify.
