They must be reasonably common, where I work, sells the plants.

We've had fruit on cutting grown plants that have been in the nursery less than a year.

Yep thats the one. My old boss had one growing quite happily in his garden, and we have lots growing well in the nursery - this is Whangarei

Yes the big pink Guava. Mine have been fruiting for 5 year approx.
