I cannot remember the name of the big plant at my home,It comes in blue and white is grows like a weed has a long stem and long leaves,it is a dammed pest the flower is spiked and on the flower when it goes to seed,has black seeds.not much to go on,tia

If the original poster is asking what an agapanthus is . we can safely presume they aren't also aware of the official terminology of flower head arrangement can we.

Was the OP asking what an agapanthus is? I don't think so. I didn't read it that way. What I understood was that the OP was asking for an ID on a big plant either blue or white. grows like a weed, has a long stem and long leaves,with a spiked flower. Read the whole thread & analyse where the aggie thing came in. Not worth getting tetchy about, is it?

I'll go with Agapanthus too. Clincher being the bit about after the flower has finished the seeds are Black.
