Saw this on TV recently and wonder if anyone has tried it and found it effective,Have a dwarf Granny Smith apple and the codlin moth is a real problem.

I have tried it and at same time had codlin moth trap in one tree. The result molasses and vinegar 0 moth trap 14.However I have left it in the tree and top it up from time to time anyway. If you are concerned there is an organic spray you can spray the apples with.

Don't nasturtiam's (sp!) keep codling moths away!

that'd be great if nasturtiums kept them at bay! I can cope with them! Does anyone know if that's the case!
