What a fantastic episode tonight, loving it!

Unfortunately they are all repeats, so I don't watch it at the moment. But I do love the programme, in fact one of my favourites.

I would love to get my hands on all that seaweed for my massive compost bins.Unfortunatley we live in a very large bay and the seaweed does not grow or come in to our marvellous sandy beach

I didn't realise it was a repeat.

Yep what a fantastic idea with the strawberries, might try something small scale for mine. Maitai.I would love it too, I have to go to the other side of Wellington to get any but apparently it is high in nutrients and makes a good mulch so could be worth the drive. Have been warned to not to splash the water near your eyes though as it is very toxic.

Any plants (including weeds) grown on land contain far more nutrients than any plants grown under or in water. Any lawn clippings contain at least 10x as much Nitrogen and at least 8x times as much Phosphate and Potassiumas any kelp. Land grown plants contain more of any needed plant nutrient that you care to name.
