Gluing Shadowclad?

i need to glue the seam of two sheets of shadow clad together as they are seperating between the fixed points. whats the best glue that wont pull apart to keep these together?

The shiplap joints between sheets are meant to allow slight movement, if they are 'pulling apart' there is something seriously wrong with the framing underneath.

its on gates. the framing is powdercoated steel. one of the sheets is just pulling just a bit marring the finish. id like to clamp the join and glue it to stop it pulling away

Let it shrink and stabilize, touch up paint/stain later.

Gluing the joint may just cause a vertical stress crack in one of the laps.

Your fixings are way too far apart for shadowclad. Nice looking gates but the wrong product.
