Been given this but it leaks water profusely from a joint between faces in the alloy casting ( the pump).Loathe to open up the pump casting because its a new ball game to me. Anybody got any helpful suggestions from their own experience!

I'll check at work tomorrow and get you a part number so you can get the part from a local supplier, your machine has no parts listings as they are not considered a repairable item but I am sure a part from the next model up fits the machine

Hi biggal, forgot to get the info yesterday, these links are the parts drawing and legend for the C120.1 machine which has the same pump as yours, the part I think you need is item 22, part number 126486780 and should cost you around $15.00 max, to remove the pump head stand the motor pump unit upside down and remove the 4 cap screws, the pump will come away from the gear housing as the piston springs will force the pump off the gearbox, be careful not to tip the unit over because the oil will drain out http://i.imgur.com/D30rm.jpghttp://i.imgur.com/3MEWY.jpg
