Yes it is. They look fabulous in hanging baskets. I put them in my maple trees where they look great in the winter/spring, they are barely noticeable in full summer but they get all the leaves from the maples in late autumn, which feed them. I also give them a few sheep pellets and divide them as required. I often bring them around to hang on my deck when in flower, those ones just hang amongst the ti trees. They seem to last indefinitely.
