Dam the pipe thru the exposed junction you have. Flood the pipe and guttering with water, then release the dam and block the exit at the junction to use the flood of water to clear the blockage in the pipe.

gosh I assume the black on the house is from the muck. Otherwise the house looks rather dirty.

Amazing - I fixed it. I had a look on youtube and a guy put a hose down a drain and stuffed material around the hole to form pressure when the water was turned on and so unblock it. which is what I did. Its all better again and I've connected up the other down pipe.
