I had a similar one made last year by a trader on here. Google vertical planter box. Got it right outside my window here, full of herbs, looks fantastic.

Palmers garden shop in Wellington have vertical planters made from some sort of coated felt. from $16 -$ 69.00. Like those green walls. If your local garden centre does not have them it might be worth ringing Palmers and asking who their supplier is.
