I replied in your other thread, and it looks like my ones, which, by the way the 'leaves' fall off so easily, could be a sedum. Just guessing though.

Your succulent may be of the iceplant family, or the portulacca family. Your photo is too small for me to do more than guess sorry.Try googling both of my suggestions, hit 'Images' and go throughthem to try to find it.
