Bayonet holder/ screw ring, cant buy them on their own, i dont think. Maybe wrong, bunnings or mitre 10.

You have a batten holder which can be adjusted from straight to angle. The ring is a locking ring. You will not be able to buy one of them, replace the complete fitting.
