I'm looking at buying a house with the above claddings. Are they OK! Any issues with either of them!

All claddings have their own set of pros & cons, ply is pretty hardy but can warp & have surface checking if painted a dark colour, light colours are much better long term.Vertical corrugated zincalume is pretty safe, as it forms its own cavity so if any moisture were to penetrate past it, it has a chance of draining away, horizontal zincalume is more concerning when it comes to leaks but it all depends on the house structure overall, like does the house have eaves, is it exposed to high winds! Might pay to look at the junctions between the two claddings too, as that is a potential trouble spot.Could you post pictures of it - much easier to help that way instead of guessing in the dark!
just my 2c, hope it helps & good luck :)

Looks to have good wide eaves, I would be wanting to know what covers the balcony ( butynol!) and how it drains, or are there gaps between the decking timbers.

Wow, nice place! As said i'd take a look at how the deck is flashed, otherwise it looks ok so far.Best bet would always be to get a builders prepurchase inspection first tho, money well spent in the long run.

Thanks for your comments. Yes I will get a builders inspection if I decide to proceed with it. The deck is timber with gaps. Thanks again.

the decking isn't usually the issue. more how the joists join to the house. This junction can be problematic for leaks
