Ten months ago I pulled out a Chinese toon and got in a stump grinder we re-lay the lawn now in the last few weeks suckers are coming up all over the lawn how do I kill them brush with strate roundup!

that probably won't kill them.Cut them and brush the small stumps with vigilant, just enough to cover the cut parts.

I think that you will need to use Escort,it may be the only chemical strong enough.You also will have to get a professional in as you need to be certified or maybe you have a farmer friend who uses it.

A friend of mine had the exact thing happen, she had suckers coming up in the lawn and garden for about three years. In the end she had to get a guy in to dig the earth back to the ground stump and poison the actual stump and main arterial roots coming off it. It was still alive and going strong after two years.

We all learnt a good lesson, if your going to grind a stump, poison it also at the time.

The lawn mower will eliminate them, ours sprouted for about 6 months but finally gave up.
