�Lots of grapes, is vinegar an option?

We have lots of grapes and other years we've made jelly ,I'm wondering how easy it is to make vinegar.

Cider vinegar is started from apples.
Wine vinegar is made from grapes.
Malt vinegar is started from barley.
White vinegar is made from grain.

I think that other than eating them, I would try wine making.
