Not gardening or DIY but the board I prefer to use. Does anybody know in a case such as named above if the lawyer has to disclose what the issue is. My son has a court case on 15th and last Tuesday was contacted by his lawyer who told him there was a COI and his case had been referred on. She refuses to give any indication of what this conflict is and it is really worrying him. Very short notice also. TIA

Maybe the other party's lawyer is her husband or the other party is related to her somehow - it will be as simple as that.

No lawyer doesnt have to disclose what the conflict is, just that there is one.Wahhoooo. a lawyer with ethics!Nothing to get worried or paranoid over at all.
