What would be the best way to sand weather boards painted in acrylic prior to painting. Existing paint is 10 years old and needs re doing. So, orbital sander, disc sander, random orbital !. Advice please, many thanks

hi we brought a belt sander,hard work but got there in the end.

RUPES random orbital every time,we use nothing else.
