I have managed to propogate 8 gloxinia seeds, not alot from the 75 seeds I started with. The survivers range from 1cm to about 4cms. Can anyone suggest what treatment these 8 plants should be receiving! Water, heat, fertaliser! Any ideas would help.

Sinningia speciosa hybrids.

They should probably be drying off now and the pots can be dried out and the tubers stored for winter. If kept warm and watered through winter them might keep growing, but you will have to watch for rot in the tubers. I'm drying all my Sinningia off at the moment, they still have leaves and some still have flowers but these will drop in the next month or so. The seedlings i have will get a bit more water and i'll watch to see what they do.

Re-reading your post it sounds like the seedlings are pretty small, probably best to try and keep them growing for a bit longer, so maybe continue watering them! I'm assuming they aren't going to get frosted or anything.

No, I have had them on a heated bed under lights. Cant say I can see any sign of tubers yet. I have an unheated glass house but no power on out there.
