The Karaka Green was in good cond but a bit faded so I gave it a waterblast yesterday then a sweep just before painting but after the first coat of Dulux Roof and Trim in dark brown it looks very patchy.
Normally I wouldn't worry but part of the roof has had a coat of light brown then the owner changed the colour so this part has had one coat of light brown and one of dark and it looks as patchy as the rest that has had just one coat. Any ideas!

I recently spray painted our roof changing it from red to ironsand and after one coat it was patchy, after two coats it was mint. I'm sure after two your problem will go away.

How big a roof was that elect! Standard size Just i've got to spray paint a corrugated iron roof thats starting to get a bit of surface rust and trying to work out approx costs. TIA
